SAN ANTONIO -- The “Evening of Spiritual Harmony” songfest and fellowship
meal held at the Northside church building here recently raised $8,010 for
Southwestern Christian College in Terrell. Over 400 people attended the events
coordinated by Lynette Kennedy and her many helpers.

KERRVILLE -- The 160 members of the Riverside church here recently set
spades into the earth to begin the construction of their meeting place. Al
Horne is the minister for the group, which currently meets at Starkey Elementary
School on Harper Road.
The land deeded to the church for the building is also located on Harper
Road. The church’s stated goals include serving “the community through
local evangelism, meeting needs of members and others, and sharing God’s
love with those around us.”
